Privacy Policy — GreenRoom

GreenRoom ("we", "us") is, in its current form, an early demo designed to be private by default. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the website and the demo app.

The short version: The demo runs entirely in your browser. Profiles you build, headshots you upload, availability you set and booking requests you send are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. We don't have a server that receives or stores them.

What the demo stores

When you build a profile, upload a headshot, set availability or send a booking request, that data is saved in your browser's local storage. Uploaded headshots are resized in your browser and kept on your device. None of it is transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data will erase it.

Analytics

The public website may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic. This uses cookies and standard technical data (approximate region, device type, pages viewed). It does not access the contents of the demo app. You can block it with most privacy tools.

Third-party services

The site loads web fonts and analytics from Google, and profile links may point to third-party sites (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, venue websites). Visiting those is governed by their own policies. The club directory contains business contact details gathered from public sources.

A note on the future

A production version of GreenRoom with real accounts, payments and a live roster would necessarily store data on servers. When that launches, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected, why, and your rights over it.

Children

GreenRoom is a professional tool intended for adults working in live comedy and is not directed at children under 13.
