By using the GreenRoom website and demo app (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service is

GreenRoom is an early demonstration of a two-sided platform for live comedy. It is provided as-is, free of charge, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. No payments are processed and no real accounts are created in this demo.

Your content & your data

Profiles, headshots, availability and booking requests you create are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. You are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep; we are not liable for data lost when you clear your browser or switch devices. Only upload images and information you have the right to use.

Bookings are between users

Any booking request, offer or agreement initiated through GreenRoom is strictly between the comedian and the club involved. GreenRoom is a discovery and coordination tool; it is not a party to, agent for, or guarantor of any engagement, payment or performance.

Sample & directory data

The demo roster is fictional. The club directory was compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date — verify any detail before relying on it. GreenRoom is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any venue, club or person referenced. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Use GreenRoom lawfully and respectfully. Don't impersonate others, post content you don't own, harass anyone, or use contact data to send spam or violate privacy and anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Keep outreach relevant and professional.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenRoom and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, bookings or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
